Summary
The objective of this "Business Knowledge" course is to introduce students to the organization of companies, human relations, exchanges between companies, administrations, customers, suppliers,..., and some of the associated issues. It will allow the student to successfully integrate into the society that will host him/her for his/her first internship to discover the company.
Educational goals
- Understanding the company in all its dimensions, economic, human, research, functional processes, external relations (customers/suppliers/partners,...), organisational... - Introduction to the discovery of the different economic sectors, activities.... - Communicate on the technical and general characteristics of a company - Advise and support company managers in the development of strategies for transformation, adaptation and change management - Design technological, organisational and managerial change processes (human, technological, financial, IT, quality approach, security) according to the expected objectives
