Summary
Educational goals
To encourage students to adopt a reflective attitude in their projects and to take a step back from their actions and the impacts they generate in the companies. Identify the source of tension likely to prevent and/or slow down the project's progress. Consider the impacts of the project on previously identified ecosystems. This requires exposing students to the problematization method that makes it possible to question (and therefore analyze) the use of digital technology in the company. Propose change management and strategy models to enable students to successfully implement their projects by taking into account the impacts of their projects on the ecosystems identified in advance.
