Summary

The program aims to develop electronic circuits making it possible to generate signals of different forms as well as the realization of signal processing functions. 1. The timer circuits, example the NE555 - Static characteristic - Assembly in monostable or monovibrator - Assembly in astable or multivibrator 2. The operational amplifier - Principle of operation - Basic assemblies using AO in linear regime - The basic assemblies using an AO in non-linear regime

Educational goals

At the end of the course, the student will be able to: - Understand a diagram of an astable and monostable multivibrator - Size the electronic components to be used to generate a signal of given shape - Know the properties of the Operational Amplifier - Know how to implement an Operational Amplifier in an electronic assembly to perform linear signal processing functions - Trace and interpret a transfer characteristic - Know how to implement an Operational Amplifier in an electronic assembly to perform comparison functions - Know how to implement an Operational Amplifier to generate signals - Characterize an active filter. - Define, characterize and measure a bandwidth.
