Summary
The aim of PM challenge is to help student to make a choice on their orientation and to assess his/her skills to follow this orientation for the next year
Educational goals
the student must be able to: - coordinate team activity based on teams management techniques - define specificities of a product and conceive characteristics according production processes based on project management, logistic management, conception and design assisted by computer - elaborate new organizational structures to commercialize new product or service based on marketing et strategic tools - propose improvements in organization, management and procedures and to define axis of development based on change management tools, project management and corporate strategy - define corporate strategic orientations and to organize operation based on management techniques and administrative and finance tools - communicate activities through internal communication tools - analyze specificities in line with european and international cultures
