Résumé
PRINCE2® and Agile PM are two important project management methods used internationally. This course provides foundation level competence in both and an opportunity for certification. The course covers the PRINCE2 framework: Principles, themes, processes and techniques. Agile PM is an alternative project management method suitable for dynamic projects with high uncertainty and/or complexity. The course covers the key principles of AGILEPM, specifically: underpinning philosophy and principles, lifecycle of an AgilePM project, products, techniques, roles and responsibilities. Online help is available by TrainingByteSize.com for both methods. Candidates that pass the course will be provided with an opportunity for certification in both methods. A comparative analysis between the two methods and when to apply each is also included in the course.
