Résumé
This course will provide an overview of Knowledge Management from the perspective of large firms as well as of startups and incubators. Course objectives: - Understand the challenges and digital tools of Knowledge Management - Make use of analytical concepts to design and develop different Knowledge strategies - Develop critical thinking in the development of real cases - Develop professional skills in writing and presenting reports
