Summary
In Sustainable Engineering, we approach sustainable development and corporate social responsibility (CSR) as a complex and holistic problem. To do so, students follow conferences in various domains such as Planetary Boundaries, limits to growth imposed by material resources, impacts on workers and communities, the role of science and of public policy, and circular economy.
Educational goals
To develop skills in critical thinking and analysis. To understand links between scientific knowledge, controversy and their use within society. To enact a sustainable, holistic approach to (engineering) problems.

They also have to produce a 3-5 minutes pedagogical video on their year theme (ODD, IPCC reports, Planetary Boundaries…).
