Summary

For the course: The topics covered are (to be reviewed by Valᅵrie Bachelet) - Quality fundamentals - Methods, fields and tools - Quality professions For the seminar: "One-minute restaurant" case study - Collaborative work by student teams Micro-lessons given at the same time as the tools are applied - Problem formulation: the five Ws (who, what, where, when and why) - Organise/lead a brainstorming session - Collect data/data visualisation - Prioritisation - Pareto diagram - Implement a cause-effect diagram/Ishikawa - Concrete/practical advice for each phase The case study materials are written in English.
