Summary

The aim is to make students aware of the difficulties that can characterize interpersonal relationships in the professional and more particularly managerial context. A dual approach is proposed: theoretical and practical. The main theories concerning interindividual communication are presented and then applied with simulations opposing manager and managed in professional life.

Educational goals

At the end of the course, the student will be able to - Supervise a team of engineers, business managers or project teams - Manage structures in their different dimensions (technological, human, commercial, financial) Contribution of the course to the competency framework (see RNCP sheet); at the end of the course, the student will have progressed in: - Coordinate the activity of a team using team facilitation techniques.
