Pedagogy
Students participate in a recruitment interview workshop in groups of 20. They simulate a recruitment interview for a position, the description of which is communicated in advance. They prepare the interview in subgroups of three to four students and divide the roles between recruiters (HR Director, line manager, former employee who held the position) and the candidate for an interview lasting around ten minutes. On the day of the session, the candidate must answer questions from another group. To this end, each group must train their candidate to answer questions about their knowledge, skills (= know-how), and soft skills. The answers can be based on internship experiences and will be all the more relevant since the group will have been able to study the proposed job offer in advance.
