Summary
This seminar presents the challenges of innovation for today's company, proposes a product/service innovation approach and some support tools, and presents how to implement innovation engineering in companies. This course is offered for application in 2nd year projects
Educational goals
At the end of the course, the student will be able to: - Know the definitions of innovation - Understand the process of innovation in the company - Know where innovation takes place in the life cycle of the product/service - Master an approach and tools that allow innovation Contribution of the course to the skills framework (see RNCP sheet); at the end of the course, the student will have progressed in: - The ability to define product characteristics - The ability to question a marketing plan for bringing a product to market - The ability to recommend improvements - The ability to coordinate a team's activity using team facilitation techniques - The ability to communicate about one's activity using internal communication methods
